REASON: I am by names EMMANUEL SEGUYA the father of the applicant and his mother is still alive and we are still living together. We have three children and still renting. Since I have a lot to do as a Pastor such as moving in different districts spreading the word of gospel so I use a lot 0f money. I also have many people I take care of in most cases as a pastor. I have other church program that I find when I need to put money. Remember the church don’t have enough money to support me as a pastor and of the reason I work at Zaana stage along Entebbe road but putting in the taxi where I get UGX 5000-8000 per day. I use that money in buying food, renting, supporting some people in serious need and church programs thus I fail to pay school fees for my children in some time hence I need help since the income I earn is little.
