General Assembly (Members)
The General Assembly is the highest governing body of Basics Aids Organization. It is composed of the organization’s members and provides overall direction by safeguarding the mission, values, and long-term vision of the organization.
The General Assembly is responsible for:
- Upholding the Constitution of the organization.
- Electing members of the Board of Directors in accordance with the Constitution.
- Reviewing the overall performance of the organization.
- Approving major constitutional amendments and strategic decisions.
- Promoting accountability and transparency.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides strategic leadership and oversight for Basics Aids Organization. Board members serve in the best interests of the organization and ensure that its programs, finances, and operations remain aligned with its mission.
