Ezeji Wisdom Basic

Executive Director

As the Executive Director of Basics Aids Organization, Ezeji Wisdom Basic provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and management of the organization. Since the organization’s establishment in 2011, he has played a central role in developing and implementing community programs focused on education, healthcare, sanitation, food security, agriculture, women’s empowerment, and community development.

Inspired by compassion for vulnerable people, he has dedicated his life to creating sustainable solutions that restore hope and improve lives. Under his leadership, Basics Aids Organization has grown into a trusted community-based organization serving thousands of people through practical and impactful initiatives.

Umeizudike Chukwuzubelu Ikechukwu

Deputy Executive Director

As the Deputy Executive Director, Umeizudike Chukwuzubelu Ikechukwu supports the Executive Director in providing strategic leadership and ensuring the effective implementation of organizational programs. He coordinates projects, strengthens partnerships, supervises operations, and works closely with staff and community leaders to ensure that the organization’s mission is achieved.

He is widely recognized within Basics Aids Organization as a strategic problem solver. His ability to analyze challenges, identify practical solutions, and make sound decisions has been instrumental in overcoming obstacles and strengthening the organization’s programs. He believes that every challenge presents an opportunity for growth and innovation.

Nakato Cavine

Secretary

As Secretary of Basics Aids Organization, Nakato Cavine is responsible for maintaining organizational records, preparing meeting minutes, supporting governance, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Her dedication to accuracy, organization, and transparency helps strengthen the organization’s governance and supports effective decision-making.

Mgbaji Nnamdi

Programs Coordinator

As Programs Coordinator, Mgbaji Nnamdi oversees the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of the organization’s community development programs.

He works closely with project teams, volunteers, and community leaders to ensure that every initiative creates meaningful and lasting impact for vulnerable families.

Katya Denis

Finance Officer

As Finance Officer, Katya Denis is responsible for managing the financial systems of Basics Aids Organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, record-keeping, and accountability.

He plays an important role in ensuring that all financial resources are managed responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with the organization’s financial policies and procedures.
